Chief Information & Technology Officer,
As a tenured executive leader in technology intensive enterprise business services, products and platform solutions, I have been a passionate technology professional since late 90s, evolving to steer technology-led strategic change across business, operations, and technology boundaries. An architect by heart, soul and mind, I continue to stay curious about computer programming, software design & engineering. For a large part of my career, I have exclusively focused on digital transformation efforts within financial services and its ecosystem. However, scaling beyond industry boundaries, I have been actively engaged in industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, resources, and telecom.
I am a passionate follower of distributed computer systems, programming, technology evolution, organizational learning, and socio-technical systems in general. A relentless learner, some of my active interests include systems and complexity science, organization design, urban architecture, cognitive psychology, strategy, disruptive innovation and human factors. Due to my passion for picking up conceptually strong technology topics early, I was fortunate to be an early adopter of the current standards of cloud native development, resiliency engineering, blockchain technology, platform engineering and machine intelligence. A firm believer in the power of domain and context knowledge, I have applied these concepts in all the engagement and architecture design work from start.
As a self proclaimed boundary spanning ranger at the intersection of organization, architecture and technology, I have been spending majority of my efforts in the areas of digital business change, platform modernization, behavioral change, cloud & devops adoption, reliability engineering, enterprise architecture, modern software engineering and emerging technology innovations. In my quest for collective learning and sharing, I continue to engage as speaker at industry conferences and participate in various technology leadership forums and working groups.
