Samir Javeri is a Partner in the Digital practice in Oliver Wyman’s London Office with 11 years of consulting experience, specialising in technology transformation and delivery. Samir has played lead roles on a range of technical deliveries, including the development of a cutting-edge digital transaction bank and the build of a scenario planning software product currently in use across multiple European banking groups. He leverages this experience in strategic advisory roles, including leading the cost optimisation of a global bank through Agile and DevOps adoption, developing a hybrid cloud strategy for healthcare, and conducting numerous diagnostics of large-scale digital programmes.
