Lucy is the Head of Marketing & Thought Leadership at Trinnovo Group and Co-Founder of Women in DevOps; on a mission to build diversity, create inclusion and encourage workplace innovation. She is responsible for strategic planning and delivering the overall marketing strategy, engagement, implementation and brand reputation at Trinnovo Group and various brands that sit underneath it, scaling communities globally and taking ownership of overall reputation and presence in the technology, business enablement and business protection and life sciences space. An advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, to empower communities and create positive change, leading the internal DIT (diversity innovation team) which is made up of 7 EEG (employee engagement groups). A hands-on mission-oriented and open-minded marketing and DEI leader with a passion for advertising, social change, and action.
