Jon works with large and strategic customers/partners across the UK & Ireland as the Principal Solutions Engineer. This role combines evangelising the Dynatrace solution with practical assessment of transformational changes that could be made to help customers achieve their goals. Prior to this, Jon worked within the Cyber Security industry before moving to the Sales Engineering team at Dynatrace working with customers daily on POCs.
